What I don't take on

  • Anything requiring a permit or trade license (new circuits, panel work, plumbing rough-in, HVAC, gas)

  • Roofing, structural, or foundation work

  • Tree work & felling

  • Mold, water, or fire damage remediation

  • Appliance installation or repair

  • Any job at $5,000+ in labor + materials (that's WV contractor-license territory)

  • Multi-unit buildings over 3 units

  • Exterior work above 30 ft, or below 6 ft

  • Paint-disturbing work in pre-1978 homes (accepted only where lead remediation is already documented)
